Not able to insert Media

Hi, 

I am trying to add an image from Insert Other Media--> Insert an Image from Url.... 

i tried copying image address from the page and clicked on insert into post. Nothing happens after that. 

I am not getting that text box area to add text  and images : http://imgamd.com/image/PoYp

add the image from your computer or mobile device or url then "

• Drag files here to attach, or choose files...

" that's for computer or mobile device images "insert other media" for url then it should work
