Hi, I've removed all topics in forums, but forum statistics is still showing the old stats.
How do I clear and rebuild?

Try this

System - Advanced Configuraton - Server Environment - View Tasks - 'System - cleanup -> Run Now'

and

System - Support ->check "Something isn't working correctly" - Continue (it removes cache)

Total Topics and Total Posts didn't update at all. It's still the old stats.

Total number of Topics and Posts include everything - including and deleted.
Just think - probably why your statistics is.
Total is Total.

Perhaps it should have an option - available statistics: Available Topics and  Available Posts...
