Improvement for View topic history to display reports on topic

In the current version administrators have an extra tool in the moderator menu to display logged moderator actions applied to the topic.

Today it struck me that it would be useful if it also displayed links to all reports that were connected to that topic (or a post in the topic). I feel it would be a natural thing to display alongside the actions, since reports often leads to the action being applied.

(I just gave the example with topics, but I would expect the same thing to be added in for instance in IP.Gallery and other apps where it could be applied )
