I'm new here so apologies for my lack of understanding as I really am clueless on how to operate round this forum as a new member.

I am a root admin (though had no part in the process of setting up) an IPB forum (formerly a rather popular forum that has lost its way over time). The owner of the forum is Russian, and I merely represent it but have the power to change/alter all aspects of the forum.

For years now, our PM system has not worked, and to be honest, the entire skin design and interface needs a radical redesign (it's v2.1.3!!!!). Put simply, we're lost!

I hope you guys can point me in the right direction. I can't seem to access much as I'm not a "client", but have or can gain all permissions needed as a root admin. Email or PM me would be best As having an alert makes it easier for me to find if people have responded.
