Have just bought IPB and going to migrate from vBull 3.8. With App Converter 1.2.9 I converted vBull to IPB (OS FreeBSD 8). There were some problems with migration like:

Topic Ratings are converted with SOME errors
Pools are converted with some errors

But mostly forum was converted. There are a lot of User Names in cyrilic (russian language) on my present forum and none of them can't enter forum.

In order to let User come in I should in admin panel just resave user even without mading any changes and then user can login without any problems. There are about 12000 such user so I can't resave them manually.
