Currently the only page that is specific to a non-admin user is the profile page.

There is no option for admin to create pages which are specific to one user.

I strongly believe this feature is a very high priority need for I.P Board.

Not sure I understand the application of a page specific to a user... What are you wanting on this new page?

An admin can create an IP.Content page for a user...
