I am an admin on a ipb on a different forums and they have been asking me to add "glowed" usernames on the forums, this is what they mean : They want a glow to their usernames at the top like I did with the admin groups I have a red and yellow glow

How do I add glow to the username? Anyone know how? I really want to know

The license holder for that forum will need to login and ask in an appropriate support area of the forum or file a support ticket and we'll be glad to assist.

They can also add you as an Alternate Contact, which yould allow you to file tickets on their behalf.
