Has this idea ever been suggested?

Include a previous and next navigational link in a topic?

I suddenly realized this would be nice when someone replied to a topic I follow. His replied appeared as the first post on page 30 of the support topic. Since he didn't quote me, I couldn't be sure if he was replying to someone else's post on page 29 or mine. My only choice was to click on page 29 and that of course took me to the top of the page and then I had to scroll all the way down to read the last point

Or am I missing a basic trick in IPB that everyone else knows? If I am, well, then it isn't obvious to the likes of Aunt Madge ...
