Follow this topic (or other items)

On the pop-up that appears to follow a topic or other items, please could a link be present to send the user to their notification settings.

There is little point in following content (apart from the content I follow page - which many never visit) if notifications are not set.

I find many people assume that they will get notified of topics they follow, yet are not because they have not configured their notifications.
