My IPB has some error, because NONE of upload functions is working.

When I try to attach a image to a post it fails.
Error: No file was selected for upload

Also changing profile photo isn't working.

Picture is on right format (jpg) and size (200kb).
Directories permissions are correct: uploads / uploads/profile (777)

Admin panel is correctly configured too: uploads dir and path are fine.

I don't know what to do to make it works...
