I don't know where to ask this, but I've been on a forum where on my understand, they violate every policy from Invision. Is a Spanish write forum, but they go from the bullying to users (i know they have underage users) to public humiliation when they want to make an example. My question is if you can investigate things like this and other thing, they claim copyright about things that already have one and used for excuse when they want to kick somebody for the place, back to the humiliation part. If this is not the place to ask this, tell me where i can submit it. Thank you.

One thing you need to keep in mind. IPS licenses software. They do not run the community you are referencing. The use of the software is subject to the License. The owners of the board for which you are referring are solely responsible for their actions. If you believe they are using a pirated version of the software, please submit a report at the link below. If you feel the owners of the board have done something illegal against you, you should contact a lawyer.
