The ACP Graph for new members

It includes the spammers ?! Why as they are not active ?

Surely it would be better to have only proper members on the graph and say spammers to be in red as a separate graph even

This is only the case if you haven't got action to take for code 4 - don't permit members to register set

And it wold be good so you can then see on a separate graph how many spammers are trying to register and getting detected

You can currently see how many spammers are getting detected on registration via the logs (on IPB 3.3.x+, possibly 3.2.x too)

Stats & Logs -> Statsistics Center -> Spam Service Stats

Yes i realise that but in the ACP graph front page its kinda silly that it shows the spammers as statistics for members
