Delete post after...

We can edit post after few minutes or hours (or days!), and then it's disabled for user groups (when enabled feature). It's depending on settings in ACP.

But what about delete?

By default I have disabled deleting posts for members (I have had situation when one angry member deleted his almost all posts and discussions were ruined).

But more members asking for this for few reasons (not important what reasons), I agree with them. Sometimes it's situation when post should be deleted rather than edited.

So I have two suggestions:

1. Allow members to delete post after some time (the same feature as Edit time restriction (in minutes)) so we would have Delete time restriction (in minutes)

OR

2. Allow members delete their posts when post is the last one in topic (so deleting posts will be disabled when another posts were added).
