Voting With Pre-Set Vote Amounts

I run a football site.

I would like to present a list of every player that played in a match so the people on the site can vote for who they thought was the best.

But not just "one vote for the best". I would use the regular 3 votes, 2 votes, 1 vote system to reward the best, 2nd and 3rd best player.

Is there a way this can be done?

Set the vote to allow people to have 6 votes, and then limit the voting to one vote of 3, one vote of 2 and one vote of 1?

Perhaps someone has a made a mod of something similar?

If it can't be done I'll have to just get them to manually post and then record them myself, but anything that reduces busy work would be great.
