I checked out the 2.1 admin demo and there still doesn't seem to be any way to edit the post icons in the admin cp. This is a necessary feature, and must be included.

To my knowledge there has never been that ability in ACP. Would definitely be handy

I don't see why it can't be changed per skin. (Err... I know it can, but via the ACP. Why not make them image macros?)

You could change the post icons yourself by speaking to Support (I would imagine), but I guess you'd have to edit the core kernel files and/or introduce more javascript (just a guess).
