Just got an idea from the chat room (that I thought of my self :P :D.Who else would like to be able to hide their profile/other infomationto ONLY groups and or people THEY (/admin) allow. This would be GroupBy Group and member by member bais.

Something simple like..

AdminCP:
-Groups to allow viewing of messenger info: [list of member groups]
-Allow member to override (allow all or only admin to see) [Yes/No]

UserCP/privacy:
-All who to see your messenger info: [Board settings/Admin only/Everyone]

o. also you can hid the infomation of the profile you want. like you can hid your AIM and ICQ number while your MSN/yahoo infomation is visable to people/group you choose.

Letting you choose the groups could get messy. :lol: But if Matt is willing to add this feature at all, I'm sure he can find a way to make it simple.

Possible a drop-down box with "Private/Public" next to where you enterthe messenger info. Then in the Admin CP there can be the overridechoice.
