No, you can create your own.I have made a few modules for my own company that use IPB. The only thing you have to know is how to create your own interface, which will require you to know how to Skin IPB and to know a good deal of the IPB source.

Just have someone else install it for you :P- http://installmymod.com, I wouldn't like to see this feature, my site would go down! :(
