I think that there should be a Secret Santa program for this board. I've looked on the web for one to integrate into my site and haven't had much luck. It would be ideal, though, if the program was integrated in with this board. That way, all of the people who would be included would already be registered on the board. For an example of what I am talking about, click here.

I truly doubt this would be integrated with the next feature of ipb board. There could be a mod made for your request though.
