I have comcast cable and primarily update my site at home, so for security reason, it'd be great to have a feature where accessing/login into the ACP can only be done from one IP address. And of course, this can be changed.

ie:

Limit acp access to this IP address?

[text box to enter the IP address]

what happened if you ip changed? you would not be able to login to change it.

Yes, an Ip can change when you restart your interntet connection.

Well...you could make this an option in the actual admin.php file

Then, if your IP changed, you could FTP in and change the one in the file! :thumbsup:

just use cookies...

Pretty easy to do that with a .htaccess file too - would probably be your best bet really.
