    Hi, we have cloud hosted community, v5.0.20 I just removed an old application from ACP. First under "Out of date applications" and then under "Applications not currently installed". Immediately after that the site crashed. This page isn’t working xxxxxxxxx.invisionzone.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 Support/ticket portal says I don't have an account. Please help? In Client Area you can find the community which is purchased 09/02/2015.

    Hi, communities are cloud hosted. After the upgrade is approved in the client area, will the community be blocked/offline until the upgrade is completed? Or can we approve the upgrade now and run the upgrade in the weekend?
