HTTP ERROR 500

Featured Replies

Hi,

we have cloud hosted community, v5.0.20

I just removed an old application from ACP. First under "Out of date applications" and then under "Applications not currently installed". Immediately after that the site crashed.

This page isn’t working

xxxxxxxxx.invisionzone.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

Support/ticket portal says I don't have an account.

Please help? In Client Area you can find the community which is purchased 09/02/2015.

Please could you let me know which application this was?

This is being caused by a 3rd party applications files, nbmentions. I have removed those files to get you back online. You would need to contact the author for an update to resolve that, if you are looking to continue use of that product

Thanks Marc!

The app is replaced with a new IC5 version app, that's why I tried to remove it.
