I wish I had known there were reviews available sooner. It would have expedited my decision to go with Terabyte. He completed an upgrade for me and did some additional investigations on dated files. I think the thing that is most important to reflect here is the quality of service I received. It was impeccable. My technical limitations required a bit of patience on his part, and he was extremely professional about guiding me through the processes which required my attention. The service was completed more quickly that I had anticipated and to spec. His rates are extremely reasonable (I made inquiries with several vendors). A+++ service! Hopefully he's around for a while, as I will be leveraging his services in the future.
