I have an ad running in the spot titled "Just above the page footer". It appears on every page I've seen except the main forums page. It looks like data-ips-ad="global_footer" is not displayed on that page for some reason. By main forums page I mean website_name.tld/forums

Is this by design or of something else?

Hi Marc, all applications are checked. The strange thing is this banner shows up on all other forum pages, just not the main forums page.

When you say main forum pages are you referring to the home page?

Just the single main form page. The default /forums page that lists all forums.

website_name.tld/forums

Once your site is moved over, please try this again. If its then still an issue, we can take a look at that point. What I dont want to do there is to resolve something that is going to be wiped shortly in your case

OK, the site is now moved to v5 and the problem may be worse 🤣

On this page, no ads are shown and the sidebar isn't show.

Make sure that you enable the Advertising setting to always show the sidebar. Currently, you do not have a sidebar so it makes sense no ads would be shown if that setting is disabled.

This has been set forever. Is there another setting?

On the main forum page, for some reason the CSS says this:

@supports selector(a:has(b)) {

.ipsLayout__secondary-column {

  1. display: none;

}

}

It's also not loading the top or bottom banners that load on every other page.

I am seeing the top banner on our support account. Could you please provide what advertisement you're expecting to show there in the sidebar and to what's user's display name?

You're actually seeing one that I created via hook. None of the ads created via the actual Advertisement area in AdminCP are showing. Visit any other page on the site and you'll see them.

I would need a specific example here as you have many advertisements setup and for many cases.

There are a number of ads that are set to show in each of those locations. They rotate.

All users, including guests, see them, with the exception of the user group names Premium.

As mentioned, please provide 1 specific example I can investigate. Without that, it is a wild goose chase. I want 1 example that we are 100% comparing apples to apples.

One of the five that are supposed to show in the side bar is named TA, It rotates with others. All users, even not logged in will see them. Feel free to use the IPS account.

Thank you. I have transferred this to a ticket so we can further investigate. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
