Hello,

Where is the support channel now where I can ask for help as a cloud user? I don't understand where it's now. I see only Feature Support and just the name doesn't mean it's the classic support.

Where should I post the problems I have or when there is something critical happening?

I'm a Cloud customer too. What you see is what you get. The lack of activity here is concerning to me. I now use administrata.net

When you have a critical problem, you can post here - and I expect it will receive the appropriate attention from Invision. But given the lack of activity here, you are probably not going to receive the kind of community support you might have received in the past.

As Cloud customers, this is where you will post for technical support issues if you choose to do so on our community. Cloud customers also have access to create support tickets in your Client Area which you will communicate with us over email.

"Classic", our self-hosted licenses, has been separated as generally they have separate support issues from our Cloud clients.
