I have a simple forum for years and just need to upgrade to 5 the $99 dollar plan. The upgrade option does nor exist in my interface, please see attached Can someone direct me to how I can accomplish this. Kindly see the attached Image I don't know where else to look It says log in and select an option. There isn't any.

I have just taken a look at the ticket, and there has been no resposne on that ticket as of yet. I have replied so you see this again

I reply to the email and opened the issue via the form which sent an email to you. I assume you are saying the email made a ticket and responding to the email did not update the ticket. There direction was to log into the client area and select an option there is no option. There is no ticket link in the email that was responded to. Would you be kind enough to send me the ticket link I'll be happy to type in what package I would like and any other details but I m sorry I do not have any information on how to access the ticket. Please

I have done that twice now and your message to me is the ticket is not updated. Here is the second time I responded.

If you're sending with an attachment, I would suggest not sending with an attachment to see if that helps but I'm afraid, it doesn't appear to be reaching us.

Thanks One question I have some subscriptions under the old products interface Physical Product is not selected They are on re-occuring payments. Will they be carried over to Version 5 as an un-interupted subscription or must I migrate them somehow?

Yes, any product which has "Physical Product" unchecked (aka false), will carry over without issue. No change necessary.
