Switch the default page from Forum list to a Page

Featured Replies

We recently switched from self-hosted v4 to Invision hosted v5. We have our site locked so only people registered can view posts in the forums. On the previous site, I front ended it with Wordpress to display content to Guests.

I must be missing something but I can't figure out how to change the default page from showing a list of forums to show a Page that I created so Guests can see the page when they go to the site. From there, the menu shows forums and of course sign-in and sign-up.

What am I missing?

To set a Pages Page as your default homepage, you can do so by making Pages your default application by going to ACP -> System -> Applications -> on Pages, click the star to set it your default application. Then go to ACP -> Pages -> Pages -> on your page that you want to be your homepage, make sure it is not in a folder and then click the down arrow "Set page as default for folder"

Thanks. That worked.

Except, I can't seem to get my Text or WYSIWYG widget and content to save. Seems like other out of the box widgets save but not those, which I need to a simple announcement.

Please could you let me know on which page, so I can take a look for you?
