Adding iframe to the post box

Featured Replies

Hi,

I want to add an iframe to the post section, but I can't get it to work:?

I've seen many forums have it, but i can only find that i have to pay for a program?

I read that there's a program/software that involves a cos,t, but I've seen many old school forums have embeds. Would like some guidance.

Example:

https://www.timeanddate.com/clocks/freecountdown.html

<iframe src="https://free.timeanddate.com/countdown/ia9l3qzp/n152/cf12/cm0/cu4/ct0/cs0/ca0/cr0/ss0/cac000/cpc000/pcfff/tcfff/fs100/szw320/szh135/tatTime%20left%20to%20Event%20in/tac000/tptTime%20since%20Event%20started%20in/tpc000/mac000/mpc000/iso2026-01-31T00:00:00" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" width="180" height="69"></iframe>

Thank you.

You would need to ensure you have added this as an embed source in order to get that to work. You can do this in System>Settings>Posting & Editor>Embeds

If you are only adding timeanddate.com and nothing else at all (not even a link within that site). Otherwise you would need wildcards. Please read the description below the setting as that gives more information

Just looking at what you have there, the iframe wouldnt match any of those. You would need one with a wildcard before and after it
