Hello,

I would like to upgrade to version 5 this week, but I have doubts about the steps I need to follow.

I'm mostly worried about the transition, what happens if there is a problem in migrating 4.7 to 5.0. Are there backups? How can they be restored? Etc.

I wanted to make sure what to do IF something wrong happens.

In the very unlikely event we cannot resolve an issue with an upgrade, we would restore it for you. Its not something you would need to do
