[IC5 Update] All Video Embeds broken

I've just updated to IC5. Now all existing video embeds are broken (video file is attached to post). See screens below.

I have to manually edit the post, remove the broken embed and insert a new one.

This is huge! We have almost a hundreds of tutorial videos in our courses lessons and in post all over the Community.

  1. Is there a way to fix this globally?

  2. Is there a way to find all post containing videos so I have a chance to fix them manually?

Update: The problem seems to only affect lessons in courses. Embeded Videos in Forums posts seem to be fine. At least that saves me from having to search all forums.

Are you using the latest beta or are you using .13?

Jumping on this thread as I may have a similar issue. I just upgraded for IPB 4 to IPB 5. All videos that have been uploaded seem to be broken. I see the player window but not video plays. I can see in devtools the URL for the video which is good and when I navigate to it I can download the video. But the player itself doesn't work. This screenshot is what the player window looks like. I cannot interact with it or get it to play. I've tried on both desktop and mobile.

There has been a bug report opened for this, as a result of the ticket above. So this would be fixed in a future release

Just curious if there's any timeline on when a fix will be implemented. We're continuing to see issues with uploads in particular from iOS. Here's an example of what a MOV file looks like. I know there used to be an extension to help with this, but it looks to have been depreciated.

The fix for the issue @Christian Meixner is reporting is in 5.0.16, but I think you're seeing something different.

Is that screenshot from a Windows device? It's quite likely that you don't have the codec required to play the .mov (very common, because .mov is an Apple format).
