I can't remember how to customize the layout of the list of articles in v5? Switch between grid, list etc...?

I believe that’s found in the theme editor.

I've looked everywhere but I'm not sure where to find it. I thought it was in the page editor, when double-clicking the articles... but the articles are grayed out and I can't click them.

I can click other widgets such as feeds to customize their layout, but i can't click the articles.

ACP > Page Management > Databases > [Specific] Database > Display

You can also override the Database defaults at the Category level.
