Logging in every few hours

Featured Replies

Hi team, qq: I have to login to my community every few hours. It happens on three different devices of mine (iPad, iPhone, MacBook).

Does this happen to anyone else? Any idea how to solve this?

Worth mentioning it doesn’t happen here, or most other websites, just seems to be my community.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

By any chance not switching between www and https:// links?

Have you tried clearing your cookies? You can also try signing out all your devices in the ACP -> Members -> your profile.

Hey again. I tried clearing cache, signing out, waiting a few weeks, none of it seems to work for some reason. On all devices, I have to sign in a few times a day. 😬

Do you have privacy blocking turned on on those 3 devices:

Try Disableing "hide IP address from trackers" for a few days, to see if that resolved the issue.

Thanks. I’m rusty - how do I do this?

Under safari settings somewhere, don't have apple devices.

Found a picture online:

If Trackers and websites is selected, then put on Trackers Only.

Thanks. All devices are set to Trackers only already.
