Hi Guys:

For hours now, Gateway 504 Server errors on my site. Can't post on threads, because the editor seems to have been altered and is unresponsive. Could not get onto Invision Community itself because of Gateway 504 error, and ACP has a Configuration or Server Error/EX3 Something went wrong, please try again.

Please help we haven't been able to post for hours now. Your site said everything was working, but that was not so, the Editor is not working, we cannot post..

Customer support hours are Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm EST, with technical support running until 6 pm on the same days.

I'm sure the Invision Community team will assist as soon as one of their team members logs in. I do understand the frustration this may be causing you and your community.

Please do post a ticket for anything related to the cloud environment too. Sorry to see you were having issues there. We were aware of it, and our team were looking into the problem over night to get things resolved (which they now should be)
