Notifications of new events aren't being sent to users who follow a calendar. Forum post notifications work, and always have. I can't find a setting that would explain this...perhaps a bug?

Do you have an example user and event that they're not receiving which you can provide?

My account, mhabich, for one. The Portsmouth event on 8 June is an example. Other users and events as well; I'm not aware of any notifications for events working, at least for some weeks.

To confirm your expectations here, you are expecting an email notification when the event is created, correct? I want to confirm this as you are not following the event in question so you would not receive any notification about replies to that event.

Correct. Not getting notifications for newly created events on a calendar I'm following, nor are other users.

I don't know if notifications for comments on followed events are working.

Please could you let me know which user you are logged in as yourself? Also which calendar, if you have more than one

User mhabich. NSPN calendar.

Other users report not getting notifications too. I'm not aware of any who are receiving them.

Just taking a look, I cant see anything set up incorrectly. Do you have an example event that was created after the user started to follow that area? I can then see if I can trace what emails have or havent gone out

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
