Posted June 6Jun 6 Community Expert Notifications of new events aren't being sent to users who follow a calendar. Forum post notifications work, and always have. I can't find a setting that would explain this...perhaps a bug?5.0.8, cloud hosting, IC mail server.

June 7Jun 7 Author Community Expert My account, mhabich, for one. The Portsmouth event on 8 June is an example. Other users and events as well; I'm not aware of any notifications for events working, at least for some weeks.
June 7Jun 7 Community Expert To confirm your expectations here, you are expecting an email notification when the event is created, correct? I want to confirm this as you are not following the event in question so you would not receive any notification about replies to that event.

Tuesday at 01:44 PM4 days Community Expert Just taking a look, I cant see anything set up incorrectly. Do you have an example event that was created after the user started to follow that area? I can then see if I can trace what emails have or havent gone out
