No "Create New Topic" tab

When I log into the Invision Community Forum on my laptop (as I am now) I have a Create New Topic tab in the General Questions Technical section. However, when I do the same on my iPad I am unable to Create a New Topic since there is no tab.

Any suggestions?

Could you please clarify what exactly you're referring to? Please keep in mind certain items, like the create menu in the top navigation, may be hidden on smaller screens which don't have enough real estate for them.
