Manually add members to clubs

I can't seem to find a way to manually add a member to a club. Surely this is possible somewhere without having to Invite them.

As I mentioned I don't want to invite members. Admins should be able to assign members to clubs just like we can with permissions groups. I can't believe this isn't available.
