Friends Add System Lacking

Just a suggestion on the friends system as currently it's a bit odd and can confuse some members the way it currently is, currently when you add a friend it will add the friend to your friends list pending any approval however it does not add you to the other persons list automatically which seems a lot more logical to me and less confusing to people as they have issues down the track with friends only features not realising they aren't both friends.

Also if it hasn't been changed to default already the option to approve friends should be the default option as most people respect their privacy and expect a choice by default when people want to be friends...
