Improvements to Emoticon Control in ACP?

I did a quick search and I think this has been addressed before, but as far as I can tell little has been done. I'm in charge of the majority of the emotes/sprites/what-have-you on our site (we have a few thousand, and are constantly adding more), and I find the layout of the Emoticon Control rather poorly-designed. The simple list format makes the page incredibly long, unorganized, and very difficult to remove/replace emotes. I don't remember which version it was, but whatever one that had them set out in a few rows and columns, with the ability to edit the emote text or remove it right beneath the image was so much nicer. Is there any way to switch back to a more user-friendly format like that?
