Edit tag into forum view with "topic_mod"

You could add the functionality to edit the tags directly, as you do with the topic title?

great ... But I do not think that the moderators can not edit the tags of the other posts that are not their own!

Recently just started to use tags and have been editing posts for a while now!

Need to full edit to edit each tags.
