I would like to prevent members downloading attachments until they have reached say 50 posts. I have different member groups with promotion and different permissions for each group but I want newbies to be able to view posts but not download attachments. Unjtil they've earned the right.

Is it possible? I think it is in vbulletin.

We need download permissions on forum permission masks. Then we can just use group promotion to achive this.
