Specify Topic Open/Close Time

When an "Admin" posts a new topic they get the option of "Specify Topic Open Time (Optional)" and "Specify Topic Close Time (Optional)".

Could this option be enabled on a per group basis e.g. so members can use this feature.

Also, could there be a feature added to hide a topic? (if it dont exist)

Permission must be given to the user group to open/close.
