Add an option in subscription

Hello :)

I Want to add an option when a new user come to subscribe in my forum, this options let him choose if he wants to subscribe his e-mail

adress in my newsletter, if he choose yes, hos e-mail will be added to the newsletter SQL table.

Is there an option in PC Admin that allow me to do that, or i have to do it manually by editing the code source(is it le leagl ?)
