I think it would be cool to have the admin of the board setup emoticon groups/packs for users to select between within their control panel.

Not sure how easy it would be to implement, but would be a nice feature if you want different styles of emoticons to choose from.

IMO emoticons are pretty trivial. I would like one default set that has transparent backgrounds, but thats just me.
