Forum Skins By User Groups

Hi folks,

Another feature I'd love to see is having the ability to assign Category or Forum skin colours by User Group.

For example, if I have 10 Categories on my board with the default blu skin, but one of those Categories is only visible to members of "VIP Group", it would be great if I could select a different colour for that Category skin (e.g. Pink or Grey), so that it stands out more prominently.
