I would like to see a Section of the ACP that let you select which user groups can post annoucements and in which forums they can post them in, or alternetivly just add this onto the Moderator Control Screen.

This is done with the forum permissions you input when you create a new forum.

Its in the Admin ACP -> Group Permissions.

Its not...i am an admin at someone elses site, and i cant see it....

I think what he wants is the ability to disallow certian user groups to post annouments (using UCP) and what forums they can't make annouments in. That would most likley be handy. Think that's right. if not correct me.
