Like the title says, we can now make post into a root category, put lack the ability to add rules!

Edit: Workaround is to create it as a sub forum, setup your rules then change it too a root forum. But it would be nice to see the ability to do it in the admincp.

I could see this as being a great feature, but the limitation is this...
Most people see the forum index (all of the catagories) and go directly to a forum.
Now if a catagory could be set to a rule, and show on each forum in that catagory, that would be great.

(Basically, not many people go to the catagory page where is shows all the forums in it... I do for the customer area, but thats me)
