I have a problem whith my forum....

I would want change of the title of forum page with a name of post or topic...


for example:


I have a topic with this name and this description:

"Topic Name" - "Topic Description"


I would wont a title of browse page:

"Topic Name - Topic Description"



Is't Possible?
