G_B Posted October 21, 2004 Posted October 21, 2004 The patch: 1) disables the nav bar on board index page (wasted too much space to fit with our logo and custom menu) 2) removes some restrictions imposed by ipb that are not needed to secure the GB flavor of PHP 3) shows how to require SSL/TLS/HTTPS for a particular board By posting this patch, I'm really hoping to give a gentle push for Matt & team to add a nice ACP integration with a per-board/forum/category checkbox for requiring HTTPS in order for users to access the board/forum/whatever. BTW, I've used several PHP-based forums, but none come close to the quality of code/design in 2p0p0PF4. Great job guys! :thumbsup:2p0p0PF4.patch.txt
G_B Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 Am I the ONLY one who wants to use https / secure / encrypted access???

deshelman Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 I think this is a nice feature, I currently don't have a use for it on my invision install... but I have other forum software which I'd like to convert and would need this.
BarnRacoon Posted November 5, 2004 Posted November 5, 2004 This sounds brilliant. A definate must if you ask me...
