Thanks for the help. Turns out that was not my problem but it did lead me to the actual problem; I had inadvertently left one of the group permission radio buttons selected which allowed guests to post in one of the forums. Solved, thanks again.

I cannot find where to do this. I thought I had it turned off but perhaps this got toggled with an update. What I'd like to achieve is that guests can access and read the site but cannot post. Thanks for any help.
