    I know we can edit someone elses animated avatar but is there a switch we can press that does that or blocks any future animated nightmare gif Avatar images?

    Nee-dent worry problem seems to be fixed, and frankly I am feeling unwell so don't want to take it further unless I have to, thanks guys.
