  1. hello, is their any option to add Captcha On Login , i see on app in market place and already purchase a few year ago, but its not supported from many year so their is any option in ipb that we can add captcha on login screen for members and others. Thanks
  2. hello , i accedentially enable the one application in my admin panel, and its not let me to open admin panel now, and can't access webiste also, your team disable these yesterday i am delete today few and just click it and my access, gone can u disable all app in my admin panel so i can access the admin panel @Jim M @Marc Stridgen Thanks

  4. i got email from your advance level support, they said the credential of ftp and my website login not correct when i already update these yesterday. i connect ftp here and see its connect fine then i update here the ftp detail, because your senior team working is very limited like from monday to friday , and also they reply very slow, can u see if every thig is here ok , because for my side every thing is fine, and they are not replying on email i am waiting from many hours, and also because tomorrow is friday i don't want my forum will be down on weekend
  5. we change this " We have changed htaccess, php.ini and user.ini settings related "/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php70" to "/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php80". and the upgrade start . but in upgrade i am receving this error ? what is this
  6. always before when i upgrade before upgrade the system tell which thing is compatable and which is not , and upgrade didn't start if some thing is not fine, but this time if some thing is not good with the new update how its start and stuck in this, my forum is offline from last night and i don't have any way to stop the upgrade and back to normal, because if its stuck in the start then why the forum is not showing ?
  7. my hosting team already upgrade the php version and also change the path in php.ini file but still same error showing please sugguest some thing, they tell me " Step by step guide on how we can replicate the error from our end. " so what i tell them i tell them before to change ther path in php
  8. when i visit /admin i recive this error and my hosting person said this " In order to further check this issue, kindly let us know how we can replicate the error from our end. Please provide a step by step guide. " so can u tell me in detail where they see and what see?
  9. i didn't understand this, before forum is working fine from many years, when i click update to new version, its give me the error that i show u and now u said this is hosting side issue, if its not correct like u said, then how forum running normal before? because i have to tell hosting support team to check where and what is the issue so what i tell him to check which configure because they said straight that check with your software support team because the forum run normal before on same settings
  10. i show this error to my hosting team and they said this " It seems in order to run the website the session have to save the path correctly in the PHP INI.   13. hello, i see this support system has no privacy , some time we have in some issue and have to post some critial errors and other personal things here when support person ask, and the support person will not response in time and any body can download and see the information. like in my last thread where support person ask me to give us the slow query logs, and when i post it some people download it , those are not support person of invison community board. because support person response after few hours and many people can download and see the slow query logs. you have to thing about this or do some solution where we can post some information that only invision communtiy support person can see or is their any button to lock the information, which support person have access only and if they want they can public it. we don't want to share every thing public. and the problem is we don't even edit our threads .

  15. You mean to limit queries running longer than 10 seconds to be killed?
  16. i ask them to run the slow query log they said they run the log and the best result will be with in 24-48 hour , so after 24 to 48 hour i will provide the slow query logs.
  17. so what i do now ? i have to hire any database developer to check the issue or what i do ? because i am mid of no ware , hosting team said its not their issue and developer team said its not their issue . so which one i have to contact to see this issue
  18. and another thing, my website is ver very slow before like u and your team member mention above. so i upgrade my vps today from vcpu 4 to vpcu 12 and 8 gb ram to 12 gb ram , but my home page took to much time to load, i talk to hosting team, and they said its clear not their is issue with your website u have to talk to your web developer to check what is the issue why its loading slow. can u take and look and see why the home page load very slower then other page , because i have now good hosting resources
